Basically I was looking into debloating, but I'm 14 so I don't know if I should cause it could most likely lead to a hormonal disbalance or something. I was thinking of doing
Day 1 : 5L of water, <1000mg of sodium, >100g carbs, a lot of potassium.
Day 2: 3L of water <700g of sodium, 30g carbs, cardio in hella clothes
Day 3: 1L of water, try to be around no sodium, 30g carbs
Is this safe or no
