I know I sound like a tard, but sometimes I literally drink 5L water a day, piss over 10 times and my cheeks are still fat as fuck, like genuinley no change, am I doing something wrong. (Btw I’m not fat I’m skinny)

hey mate it could be stress or maybe the shit u eat I'm not sure. I do 3 litres and do HIIT workouts but ig cuz I got some fat I still look bloated. I'm telling u stress makes u HELLA bloated aswell as shit sleep. basically anything which increases cortisol makes u atleast slightly bloated. also if u do too much cardio it can cause CNS fatigue which will literally make u look fat.

Youre confusing 2 things, bodyfat and water retention. It is true that being debloated can make your face look leaner but if you have fat covering it then it will not look lean. You can be skinny and still have a great amount of body fat like the case of skinnyfat. Skinnyfat guys usually have low muscle mass and high fat making them borh skinny and fat, if youre lean it might have simething to do with uneven fat distribution meaning you hold more fat in your face geneticallg

You may also need a better bone structure
 
5l water won’t debloat you need to drop bf or hop on epelerenone (depending on the pathway causing bloat for you) or furo ( short term only) or your just boneless.

Just spam potassium high foods/drinks such as bananas kiwis and coco water. Also try to avoid sodium high foods and processed foods.
