Debloating.

Does anybody really know how to debloat and lose face fat? now obviously working out is the main step in this to lose body fat percentage. but besides that, i’ve tried starving that helps somewhat, lowering my intake for salt and sodium, taking in potassium, all that basic stuff. honestly hoped that ghkcu would help tighten my face, making it look better. should i consider aqualyx or is it cope?

also i want to have a muscular physique with working out, how can i achieve that and having a slim defined face?

Dont go into sodium deficit just eat a normal amount and drink lots of water prefferably half a gallon a day

Take magnesium and electrolytes but mainly the water thing contrary to poular knowledge sodium isnt what makes you bloated its the lack of water being drank to flush out the sodium, and if you notice being more bloated through the first week or so its most likely because youve been in deficit for so long

My friend tried aqualyx and I can tell you it is definitely not cope we used to be very fat and now he is a good looking person with cheeks not bad at all

I appreciate this, I need to look more into aqualyx, any side effects, etc? I know people say permanent deformity, how can I ensure I do nothing wrong. And where should I cop? Indian mart? Dr Adam’s Aesthetics?
