For anyone confused on what isometrics are then pick up a textbook and get High IQ. Clav already put u guys on to FBEOD high frequency. if you go down that SBL rabbit hole you’ll find out why 3x3 or 3x4 max effort isometrics are the best for hypertrophy (max MUR)
