2) Can you get any troubles with law (in europe and in particular Germany) and if yes which ones?

1. Yes, customs (Zoll) they either just destroy your stuff or they destroy your stuff and send you a letter and you will have to pay a fine.
If you're unlucky maybe even a house search with a warrant, but that's very unlikely.
