dental problems affecting face structure?

recently went to private orthodontist since nhs dentists said i would have to get a canine removed

they said i had a tongue tie, severly rotated molar and protruding canine. they said i will need a motion appliance, braces and then cut the tongue or something, also said i need to practise proper tongue posture so that my tongue wouldnt push onto my teeth

will all of this affect how my face develops in the future? (from the appliances and fucked up mouth), im 14 so im fearing if it does affect something its gonna be really bad, can attach photos if needed

Yes it will but your jaw all ready fucked so just go through with it or be ugly till 18 and hardmaxx
