Dentist X-rays (Wisdom Teeth Removal)

I recently visited the dentist and got this X-ray taken. Is there anything noteworthy about what you can see of my skull? Additionally, I've seen a lot of back and forth about wisdom teeth removal, so I was hoping I could get an opinion on whether or not I should get them removed. I only have 2 wisdom teeth in my upper jaw. My brother had 4, (2 upper 2 lower) and got them removed about 4-5 years ago, and I noticed no severe changes in his facial structure post-op.


Sidenote: I know my septum is very deviated. I brought it up to my dentist, and she recommended I talk to my ENT about it, which I will do soon.
