it depends on the type of surgery but even when you don't have scars it tends to become a dimple as you get older, dolph had gyno surgery when he was younger:

(he developed it during the scorpion movie) I think and now he has this.

there's like an obvious depression underneath the nipple.

Yes, I got it and the cut marks do stay permanent but there are not that noticable.

oh okay.i think for the tissue they just cut under the nipple and some little cuts around the chest for fat right?i got a doctor meeting next month.i think im stage 2 or maybe 1 and im really insecure.about it.im 184 and 73kg with %16fat but got fucking gyno

Cut is made regardless. Yeah, get it done dude. I was also really insecure about it, the surgery is well worth it.
