it depends on the type of surgery but even when you don't have scars it tends to become a dimple as you get older, dolph had gyno surgery when he was younger:

(he developed it during the scorpion movie) I think and now he has this.

there's like an obvious depression underneath the nipple.

oh okay.i think for the tissue they just cut under the nipple and some little cuts around the chest for fat right?i got a doctor meeting next month.i think im stage 2 or maybe 1 and im really insecure.about it.im 184 and 73kg with %16fat but got fucking gyno

sadly my normie parents dont let it but i will do it once i turn 18.im 17 right now and they dont realise they fucked up my teenage life about not caring about that.they still dont give a fuck i think im a accident because i got 11year old age gap between my brother but fuck it.my father was not with me almost my whole life.he comes to home for a few weeks yearly.but anyways if i dont stand by myself no one will will care about me
