These pictures are like a week apart and I think it did work you can see on my left zygo and no it wasn’t de bloating I actually ate better in the first pic light and angles are the same

yea I mean anyone who says bonesmashing doesnt work is coping, it creates microtears, js be careful and do like reps instead of like doing it till it hurts really bad, also be aware of nerve damage
