64kg/143lbs --> 68kg/150lbs

6 months difference between pics, did pushups until I reached 66kg then gymcelled for a month.

Looksminned or no difference?

PPL 6x a week

You need to start eating bro

And screw going 6 times a week to the gym, if you are so skinny you will benefit much more running SL 5x5

I don't track calories but I eat enough to see a noticeable mass gain in a week

Scale means nothing, what you see in the mirror matters. You can have 3kg up and it is water weight.

Lift heavy 3x a week, and eat like a pig, lots of meat, milk for easy and cheap protein, carbs (pasta, rice wtv floats your boat)
In 4 months like this you will reach the point that you squat 1.5 times your weight for reps (been there, done that)

At that point you will start packing serious mass all over your body that will be visible

Again I recommend SL5x5 because that worked for me personally. Good luck

Hair is pretty decent, even get compliments for having a wavy hair and 0 signs of balding as of now, dad's hair started thinning in his 50s and mom's dad has his head full of hair but my problem is really bad skin (pih and acne scars) and bad lower third due to mouth breathing at night since its impossible to breathe without a nasal decongestant. I'm too old for mewing too and curry lol (even got called a terrorist) since I live in a rice country.

Once I hit 10 - 12 reps a set, I add 2.5kg - 5kg next time I do that workout, first time 5 reps a set then 8 then 10-12, increase weight and repeat

You will always look better by workint out the right way, but chance are that you gain fat and get a bad posture / assymetries so try to fix that as well
