Did the cosmetic women scamm me?

I went to a women last year and she told me with her treatments my skin would become no issue and that everything is gonna be ok. I just her stuff for about 9 months and payed like 900€. My skin hasnt really changed much ( check my question before this my face collagen looks sht asf) did she scamm me? It was someone working for a Beauty company or something. Im not sure wherever i should ask her for another treatment? Or will it be useless again?

The dermatologist was a dikhead he said i have nothing apart from dry skin id be better off by getting advice from someone here.

say tretinoin because thats the name of the generic, retin-a is the brand name which may or may not be available in germany (prob is tho)

Retinol doesn't do anything. And to my knowledge Vitamin C doesn't do what Retin A does. As a last case scenario scroll up the thread someone said the name of the site where you can buy one without prescription. It's legit everyone get's it from there
