Did the guy who got bimax+genio+infras+supras from Pagnoni for 32k get botched?

He said that the eye area result was disappointing. Also he posted the side profile before and after and a couple users had trouble figuring out what was the before and what was the after. He then said the forum was not good for his brain or some shit and has gone ghost. This guy went to the best surgeon, paid for Giant Implants to customize the operation, and got everything he needed to correct his failos and hes still seemingly disappointed at this point. If he is still dissatisfied after he loses weight and bloat then this is a major setback for surgerymaxers. The only other guy to get this much surgeries and fully document it for us was Gaia. And this user who went to Pagnoni even said Gaia's results were subpar in his opinion, but Gaia had the better transformation to him. Is it over for bimaxmaxers?

There are could be many reasons why the user you are talking about is unsatisfied. Probably he had unrealistic expectations and mental issues. I bet his after looks better than his before. I can't imagine how could one surgery fix all failos, It's a long run. I'm planning to have 5 more surgeries. Eye area is not just bones, implants are not enough.

He’s still swollen and saddled infraorbital can only do so much for an eye area. They tighten lower lid, can slightly change tilt and just provide fullness to the area so it doesn’t appear hollow or sunken in. It has a limited ability to affect eye prominence and tilt so your expectations should be realistic.

Also he’s very high bf%, you can see on scans that his skull is very developed now so overall his results will be good once he loses fat and the swelling is gone.
