Diet help

I’ve been eating 10 eggs a day a pound of ground beef and 4 cups ofraw milk for about 4 months and I started off at 120 and now im 140. I heard that this diet is optimal but not the best so does anyone have suggestions on what I should add in?
 
Very very good that you are implementing whole foods but it's too carnivorous and lacks proper macros.

Prioritize protein overall else (you are which is good) -> next should be carbs which you lack -> fat doesn't need to be above 50g and you are way above that so try and reorganize it

you dont need all that bro eat 120 protein and 60gr fat rest carbs
