I've been trying to live healthier and cut out certain oils, and junk. Though due to me still being under 18 living with my parents my moms cooking involves a lot of cooking oils like vegetable, canola, olive oil and sunflower oils. I don't have a lot of examples, but we also eat a lot of white bread aswell. Any advice?
