I've been trying to live healthier and cut out certain oils, and junk. Though due to me still being under 18 living with my parents my moms cooking involves a lot of cooking oils like vegetable, canola, olive oil and sunflower oils. I don't have a lot of examples, but we also eat a lot of white bread aswell. Any advice?
 
Your gonna have to be more specific on what kind of advice your looking for, ask your parents to switch to avacado oil for cooking, and if they use butter ask them to start using ghee.

If your trying to eat healtheir, again your gonna have to tell me more then just that you eat white bread, rule of thumb make sure your getting hella protein in, will help satiate your appetite and help with muscle and fat loss (if your working out already).

Alright thanks, im more just asking if anyone had been in that situation. Also do you suggest buying an oil sprayer if its worth the money?
