im 16 185cm late bloomer, started puberty at 15, want to know if OMAD (one meal a day) would be a safe option to be in a caloric deficit while also not fucking up my puberty (im overweight)

Is it that hard to just track your calories? :rolleyes:
 
I did that for a bit. Whatever option gets you to consume the least amount of calories in a day is the best option.

I will give it a try, what do you think about diet sodas, been hearing they are 0 calories and help with cravings, not a big soda guy tbh but whatever helps

I drink diet pepsi/coke. It has zero cals, but I do get headaches from it sometimes. I heard its also bad for your gut and can cause cancer, but its good for leanmaxxing.

eh it wont kill u, but will mess up your hormone levels because your body is not done developing. your gh and t are still very high rn and your sutures probably arent closed. focus on getting proper nutrients to finish developing before you try omad. calorie deficit is good tho.
