im 16 185cm late bloomer, started puberty at 15, want to know if OMAD (one meal a day) would be a safe option to be in a caloric deficit while also not fucking up my puberty (im overweight)

generally no but living in like 3rd world/developing country it is cus there are not a lot of low fat, low calorie option foods you knowIs it that hard to just track your calories?![]()
I will give it a try, what do you think about diet sodas, been hearing they are 0 calories and help with cravings, not a big soda guy tbh but whatever helpsI did that for a bit. Whatever option gets you to consume the least amount of calories in a day is the best option.

I drink diet pepsi/coke. It has zero cals, but I do get headaches from it sometimes.
