Cardio daily
2600cal goal, hitting more around 2000cals

(Hot here and there throughout the day, horrible sleep)

DNP is lightwork tbh. 800mg can be done for a couple of weeks with minimal strain, in my experience at least.

DNP is lightwork tbh. 800mg can be done for a couple of weeks with minimal strain, in my experience at least.
I was very tempted to up the dose cause I dont feel that hot most the time, but I didnt buy enough

Avoiding carbs on a DNP cycle is common practice. Most who cycle the substance reduce their intake to avoid heat spikes.

Bro this sounds miserable, why use dnp instead of glps or clen?

Using dnp makes what could take months with glp-1s into a process of a few weeks.

Prolonged deficits are more miserable (even with suppression) than short dnp bursts.

Been there done that, still doing glps, this is way faster, some shitty sleep in exchange for a fuck ton of fat loss is a great trade off

I'd say drink plenty of water and have a good fan in your room at night, but I personally have no experience with DNP

when your getting super hot why not take a day off? that shit builds up throughout ur use, u might die. also i would NOT sleep with a blanket when using DNP, not that i would use DNP anyways since its fucking retarded, just hop on reta
