Cardio daily
2600cal goal, hitting more around 2000cals

(Hot at night, had to remove blanket)

(Hot here and there throughout the day, horrible sleep)
Day 3

(Heat in waves, mid sleep)

(Heat in waves, mid sleep)

(More heat waves, huge chest pain/burn when taking 2nd dose right after eating big meal, most vile fucking sleep ever, crazy dry throat)

(Hurts after taking pills, more heat throughout day, sleep was fixed from mouth tape)

Anyone have any thoughts on how tf i can tell how much weight im losing?

Also if you have input on whether I should continue on 400mg for 11 days or go tp 200mg for 22 days, let me know.

DNP is lightwork tbh. 800mg can be done for a couple of weeks with minimal strain, in my experience at least.

DNP is lightwork tbh. 800mg can be done for a couple of weeks with minimal strain, in my experience at least.
I was very tempted to up the dose cause I dont feel that hot most the time, but I didnt buy enough

Avoiding carbs on a DNP cycle is common practice. Most who cycle the substance reduce their intake to avoid heat spikes.

Bro this sounds miserable, why use dnp instead of glps or clen?

Using dnp makes what could take months with glp-1s into a process of a few weeks.

Prolonged deficits are more miserable (even with suppression) than short dnp bursts.

Been there done that, still doing glps, this is way faster, some shitty sleep in exchange for a fuck ton of fat loss is a great trade off
