500 cal deficit is great if you want to lose a pound of fat in time for the next decade

Just eat as little as possible (scraps) until you get to the bf% you want, it’ll be way quicker than a normie cut so you don’t have to worry much about hormonal impact

If you can, take drugs

500mg caffeine at least

If you already take nicotine take way more

Watch videos of gross fat fucks to motivate you not to be anything like them
