Do chin tucks work?

Im 15 and have neck fat pads/turkey neck cos of my genetics. I can loose about 15kg too which should help a little + mewing + dissolvers when im older but would chin tucks help?

Yes, but it can not remove excess fat.

If you want to actually build neck, you should directly train your sternocleidomastoid muscles, instead of doing myofunctional stuff like chin tucks. Do neck curls and train them to failure, twice a week.
