I have a recessed infras so I’m just wondering if facial bones stop growing at 14

Don’t listen to the other guy his user is self explanatory but recessed infras are not just from bone structure it’s also from your fat pads which are genetic so even if you lost weight they’d still be recessed unless you were to grow bone density there which is possible, depends entirely on genetic potential tho, my best advice is to just fix the coloring under your eyes and to get as lean as possible so you lose a lot of face fat and yes your face bone structure can develope till 21 as a male, another thing I forgot to add it is possible to grow bone there with dental care which is what I’m doing to fix my recessed jaw since I’m around the age where my skull bone structure is still developing however again genetics determine most bone growth, so yes you can fix recessed infras to a degree

It’s a mixture of bone recession and fat pads not bone structure alone but yes bones are 70% of your recessed infras even if you fixed the bone structure fat pads still are that 30% were on here to obtain that 100% mf not that 70% you’re just showing you don’t want it bro

Ok and I lowk feel like a dick now too sorry bro I’m off my ADD meds and it’s got me whack but again even if he fixed the bone structure now he has to worry about his fat pads and that’s just gonna cause more insecurity’s and the only way to fix the fat pads is surgery which isn’t dental so most insurance won’t cover for people with poverty

yea but palate expansion wont help much w the infras. the infraorbital rim is apart of the maxilla but palate expanders wont push it forward

Yeah palate expansion is just one of the methods for orthodontic treatment it’s suggested to use it at a younger age to help with recessed infras but it’s still possible for someone within the age range of 13-17 to try, even if it’s minor sometimes people want the minor change to feel more confident but I heard that face mask thing works I’m not to educated on it put it does cause rapid maxillary expansion and develops the infraorbitals rims

Yeah I’m being open minded still, not ignorance, if there’s a slight chance I’ll take it, currently I was born without a left premolar and it’s caused my left side to recess and I have a notch from it while my right side looks fully developed I’m trying to get approved for braces and hopefully save for an implant so my jaw don’t recess after the braces are off if I can just fix that recession my face card will finally be mtn and I won’t have to stress about being completely ugly and not to mention my mid ramus but I’m not too worried about psl fuck with the bones I’m lowk just trying to appeal max to attract the goth mommy’s ifykyk what I’m talking about, being the accessory is better than being whatever delusion girls want for their “fantasy” of a daddy role model boyfriend I couldn’t care less being that figure for a girl I want an independent women who can go days without talking to me kinda like how I am but again that could just be my ADD but idek and idrc I’m tired of looks dictating my life I spent my entire 5th-7th grade years looksmaxxing back in 2020-2022 and now I’m graduated I want something more than looks and that’s money atp tired of the poverty because if I had money all my look insecurity’s can go away

Nah bro again off my meds n za I feel like a dick sometimes when I type but I’m very empathetic after but not if I don’t get an implant sadly I’m not sure if I can disclose my age but if I were to fix the teeth there would be a gap where that premolar is and it’ll cave back in since my face will keep developing for the next 2-4 years unfortunately that’s why I’m tryna get these braces asap before my bones stop growing so I can fix it but the implant or the filler is fucking 6k here I mean I can def save for that but bro I need a good ortho who cares about looks over reliability like idc if my shit fixed I want it to stay fixed mf give me the implant for free stop my eternal suffering of the recession 🫩
