Do gym splits matter?

isnt it just all about hitting it enough times and recovering?? I just kinda hit wtv isnt sore atm but idk if thats good or bad dont rlly got any knowledge on the gym.
 
They matter, optimizing ur split will always give you more gains. But what matters the most is genetics.

Yes, you want to be able to give your muscles enough stimulus to grow while not accumulating so much fatigue that they can’t recover fully before the next session

Wdym what is not sore, soreness is not good
 
They do, aim for 2x week frequency.The first sets of a workout are the most optimal because you can recruit the most motor units. But what matters most is genetics.
