So i've been clenching my jaw and grinding for YEARS, and as a result it's given me a fairly wide lower third, and it's caused my masseters to hypertrophy - but i'm just wondering if it's worth trying to atrophy my masseters - as a result of hypertrophying my masseters, it might've made my zygos seem small or less projected, since the taper from my zygomatic arch to my jaw is less visible, do you think that atrophying my masseters would give me a hllow cheek appearance? or should i just continue doing what i do
