BumpWondering if I have an aesthetic physique potential
Hips may be on the wider end a lil bit but shoulders are still way wider, so overall he is fine. I got very, very wide shoulders but bit wide hips as well, not the 100% aesthetic bodybuilder ideal but you can still look great with it. Building up abs and obliques and being lean helps a lot imo. You’re too small rn to see any kind of insertions for the most part, only that you have long biceps. Put on some muscle for a few months then we can see how your delts, chest, etc. look. You look like you could have wide hips, so lookout for that in the next few months. Focus on developing your chest and abs especially, those are very lacking for you currently.
Why do they look bad? Looks likely pretty fine to me, he just needs a way bigger chest, seems to lag behind arms and shoulders A LOT. Probably his chest training is very far from ideal.. maybe bad exercise selection, bad form and too little volume and intensity.your chest insertions look bad, other than that youre ok
its a common bad insertion, a wide gap separating the pecs, of course he could look aestetic, but his chest is genetically flat. Why do they look bad? Small gap at the bottom is not really terrible insertions imo lol and definitely doesn't give you flat pecs, he has good enough insertions to have huge pecs that pop in clothes and not be flat. Terrible/really bad insertions are when you have a big gap all along the sternum the whole way up, that kind of sucks for real though.its a common bad insertion, a wide gap separating the pecs, of course he could look aestetic, but his chest is genetically flat.
i would say to train any horizontal adduction for about a year and any neutral grip press and then we can see if it can improve.
nice pubes gWondering if I have an aesthetic physique potential
didnt say its too bad or that is terrible, just that its not ideal for aesteticsSmall gap at the bottom is not really terrible insertions imo lol and definitely doesn't give you flat pecs, he has good enough insertions to have huge pecs that pop in clothes and not be flat. Yeah not 100% ideal but there are bodybuilder legends with that lowermost gap, and it is not gonna make your pecs any flatter at least lol. Will pop very well in clothes if your lower pecs are huge, OP have very lagging pecs and lower pecs though. Really need a deep dips or decline press movement(machine works great) for optimal lower pec movement, guillotine or incline pressing for upper pecs and finishing with some flyes. Max pec gains and max effective pec training done easy lol. But yeah it is obvious OP does not train chest well and has been focusing on arms and shoulders I think..didnt say its too bad or that is terrible, just that its not ideal for aestetics
of course, he still could look good
I train everything just as intense and with good form it’s just genetic strongpoints I’ve always had bigger shoulders than arms and chest so those fall behind.Yeah not 100% ideal but there are bodybuilder legends with that lowermost gap, and it is not gonna make your pecs any flatter at least lol. What exercises do you do for chest though?I train everything just as intense and with good form it’s just genetic strongpoints I’ve always had bigger shoulders than arms and chest so those fall behind.
Incline smith or dumbbell 3 sets to failure or 0rir chest press machine sometimes dumbell flat bench 2 sets to failure or 0rir and the chest fly machine same sets as beforeWhat exercises do you do for chest though?
I can rep 240 on the chest fly machine for 8 with good form if I’m not super fatigued but yet my chest is small and I barley can bench 205Incline smith or dumbbell 3 sets to failure or 0rir chest press machine sometimes dumbell flat bench 2 sets to failure or 0rir and the chest fly machine same sets as before
Those weights don't even make sense, 240 lbs chest fly machine??!!!I can rep 240 on the chest fly machine for 8 with good form if I’m not super fatigued but yet my chest is small and I barley can bench 205
What doesn’t make sense the pec deck? Those weights don't even make sense, 240 lbs chest fly machine??!!!
Yes...What doesn’t make sense the pec deck?
WhyYes...
Because it doesn't make sense you could use that much weight on a chest fly machine. Are you sure the weight is right and makes sense??
You need to fill out more to see your insertions better but so far your biceps look long (from what I see, can't be sure.) but you have very high set lats which sucks. Can't see much else very wellWondering if I have an aesthetic physique potential
Yes I’m 150% sure it’s just genetics strength doesn’t always mean mass I can even send you a video tomorrow if you don’t believe meBecause it doesn't make sense you could use that much weight on a chest fly machine. Are you sure the weight is right and makes sense??
not just saying this cause I have them but high lats look better from the back and in general in my opinionYou need to fill out more to see your insertions better but so far your biceps look long (from what I see, can't be sure.) but you have very high set lats which sucks. Ok, send video, I doubt you are doing clean full range reps or the machine doesn't show weight properly or whatever.Yes I’m 150% sure it’s just genetics strength doesn’t always mean mass I can even send you a video tomorrow if you don’t believe me
Yes, that's a common opinion among people. I disagree and if you were interested in becoming a bodybuilder or something that isn't a debate. Low lats on stage are better than high lats. But if you weren't interested in competitive bodybuilding nobody will care about lat insertionsnot just saying this cause I have them but high lats look better from the back and in general in my opinion
I can do it at 2 different gyms planet fitness and another oneOk, send video, I doubt you are doing clean full range reps or the machine doesn't show weight properly or whatever.
I’ll send one tomorrow it’s chest dayI can do it at 2 different gyms planet fitness and another one
I’m not trying to be no ugly ass bodybuilder I’m talking it about aesthetics not gross looking mass misters with good insertionsYes, that's a common opinion among people. Okay, I wasn't sure. Not all bodybuilders are mass monsters too, there are smaller more aesthetic divisions (like the ones Jeff seid competed in). Thought that may have been what you were asking about since you were asking about muscle insertions. As long as you have a good amount of muscle mass and you're lean 95% of people wont care at all about your insertions outside of gym spaces. All that really matters to most people is frame (+ muscle mass and having a low bf% obviously)I’m not trying to be no ugly ass bodybuilder I’m talking it about aesthetics not gross looking mass misters with good insertions
Yeah lowkey hard to have a bad physique if you don’t have any super major flaws and have above average clavicles a good amount of muscle mass and below 10% bfOkay, I wasn't sure.
