Do I need a subcision?

so I have had the worst acne and atrophic scars. managed to get improve them by 70% of the with just normal microneedling. I've done min 8 sessions at home ranging from 0.5 mm to 2.5 mm with all the right protocols but some pits are not improving at all. I don't want to keep micro needling and nuking my elastin. at most I would want to do it once more after a subcision or just get a co2 laser treatment done.

The non scarred skin is very healthy, not dry and high collagen/glowy so its not from bad diet or lifestyle I just think I've maxed out my results from microneedling alone and need a new treatment since I saw very little results from my last 3 sessions

in my case, is it likely that I need a subcision? Or could laser fix tethered scars? Thanks
