I am only concerned about my profile, from front view it looks alright, but from the side it seems like it‘s too small and not forward grown. It’s barely in line with my lips

Sorry dude, but profile shots really don't matter much. There was a looksim thread about how male models often times had shitty profile shots compared to their front angles.
In that picture, it seems that you have fat covering up the definition in your jawline. If this is true, losing that will give you a better idea of what surgeries you may actually need.
