do i need potassium if i barely consume salt

I barely consume sodium and im on coconut water and avocados daily do i even need this much potassium cause of my low ass salt intake or does potassium alone contribute to a debloat

having a 2:1 potassium sodium level is gonna be more then enough for water retention. personally im on 4/1 ratios bcus of coconut water + tomato juice (fresh) and im probably on 4500mg+- potassium daily but this way i can eat as much salt (or more comfortably) as i like.

Yes I think the Pottasium will still help a lot with debloating
