Do i wear my retainers?

Got invisalign type retainers after my braces about a year ago and ive been wearing them less and less when I sleep and my teeth haven't shifted.
Do I keep wearing them to bed or just bin them?

wear them

progress is minimal but accumulates over several years

with time you will see clear improvements in your jaw and teeth alignment

i made the same mistake as you and now i regret it, could have been an MTN but was too lazy to keep invisalign in night and kept forgetting so ended up as an LTN instead

I don’t wear mines and mines still haven’t shifted but make sure you got good habits like hard chewing and mewing
