i am a late bloomer too.i hit puberty at 15 and got arm pit hair at 18(still 18)then my height rapidly increased around that age,im 6'1 but i have done a xray and my growth plate are closed.but other than my height everything else is growing it seems

its true but it was during covid where i fixed diet and stopped being a fat fuck and was working out everyday + eating eggs everyday and magnesium so i might have just had height boost from sudden boost of testosterone

How many eggs did you eat daily to give you enough of a magnesium boost to make you grow 4 inches

yes we do. i started puberty at 16 and grew 8 inches between 16 and 20. i grew 1.5 inches after 18.
