only time you should be on 0 sodium is the day before an important event. Otherwise ur sodium should be 500-1000 mg and ur potassium should be 3000-4000 mg. And ur sodium should NOT come from processed foods like mc Donald’s. It should come from real butter and Himalayan salt.
