Read something how sugsr binds to collagen proteins and makes the collagen more stiff or something. Is this refering to all carbs or just 'sugar'? Also what is sugar, is bread and milk sugar too? If it is then over for me cause food is shit without good bread

Last year i spent like 6 months without bread, you don't even miss it if you don't eat it after a while...

Good carbs like potatoes and rice are extremely boring and disgusting, guess i will just starve

I eat them completely plain, no salt or anything. It's not just about seasoning, bread just makes me feel extremely satisfied, I'm always hungry on potatoes or rice

Keep eating bread bhai, it is not any worse than rice, just look for whole wheat/multigrain/rye bread etc, avoid the white one as it is turbo processed


Also potatoes has been shown to have the highest satiety index so they should fill you up

I'm not sure on that one, I'd say just avoid the hard processed carb sources

Potatoes/sweet potatos are very nutritious. White rice on the other hand is just one big nutrient empty insulin spike.

Also lol at people going with the mainstream idea of dieting aka "sugar bad, grains good, sat fat bad" and so on.

If it works for you then ok. I tried it and my thyroid crashed into oblivion. I was mild hypo before keto/fasting, now I'm full blown hypo who also has adrenal issues. So I personally stay away from low carbing. I eat balanced diet nowadays and my carbs intake vary, depending on physical activity and body temperature. Cold hands = adrenaline -> I have to eat some carbs, preferably fruit so that I don't crash (from pure glucose starches) into even worse state.
People have to test food on themselves to see what works, what doesn't. It's actually super fucking important.

That's why following general mainstream single digit IQ take on dieting is retarded. They put pure carbs against carbs+fat foods in the first picture. Obviously when you stuff yourself with fries which are made of starch+garbage vegetable fats, probably some rancid full of PUFA canola oil you're going to fuck up yourself big time. Randle Cycle 101 + insane oxidative stress from polyunsaturated fats and ltierally no antioxidants.

Butter is mostly sat fat, then monounsaturated (which is nowhere near as bad as polyunsaturated).

How does it affect your whole body? I also feel tired most of the time unless i eat lots of sweat potatoes, they make me energetic af

Thyroid basically runs your body. All hormones go to shit if you are hypo.

Giga over if i have hypothyroidism jfl, i probably had it for years if thats the case, i could have been like 6'5 if i was normal, fuck if i actually discovere i do i will kill myself. I have 6.3 inch wrists, depression, anxiety, adhd, manlet 6'1 height. I would probably be a chad if i was normal on thyroid

I have that shit too. Got it from my father, but he's a giga mogger so it doesn't affect him that much.

If you care more about bread than looksmaxing then you don't deserve to be Chad, or even Chadlite.

But also you can do one cheat day a week and be fine. A planned cyclical carb re-up day refills your muscles glycogen stores.

Also if you're eating bread everyday you're insulin sensitivity will be shit putting you at risk for diabetes and becoming fat.

Bread is part of my culture and i have been stuffing my self with white bread since birth. Over

Bread is super addictive.

If you replace bread and pasta with beans you'll be ok. Won't taste as good but better for you in the long run.

On the other hand you could keep eating bread and turn into a irrecoverable truecel, but at least you'll get to enjoy bread. I use to go on big bread binges and eat tons of bread, so I won't judge you for choosing bread but it's all a matter of priorities.
