I get that some people would rather get their micro fractures from basketball but if you dont play basketball but your really into boxing like me i suggest you do soviet style drills the pendulum motion puts alot of force into your supporting leg to target both legs switch to south paw to target your right leg assuming that you were right handed and your supporting leg was your left leg jfl some filler post but if you wanna do it go ahead
