Do surgerycels that ascended ever feel fake?

Suppose you're an ugly birdcel with a tiny jaw and you get jaw surgery and implants..
Then you start having some luck with the women.. maybe start slaying.

Is that sex validation the same as if you didn't need the surgery? Would you feel fake?

A women might find you attractive, but in the back of your mind you'll always be thinking.. - 'It's because of those bits of metal attached to my mandible'

I don't imagine this applies to baldcels.. HT surgery is just replacing what was lost and its using your own folicles anyway
