Focuse in training this muscles in order of importance:
-Delts
-Traps
-Arms
-Obliques
-Neck
-Back (specially upper back)
-Glutes
-Hamstrings

training obliques, glutes and hamstrings when hipcel?

isn't it better just to train upper body 24/7?

Exactly my point if you are a hipcel don't train lower body maybe go into calisthenics.

For delts: Over head press + lateral raises
For Traps: Shrugs and Farmer walks
For Arms: heavy hammer curls supersetted with heavy french presses
For obliques: Pull ups and suitcase deadlifts
For neck: neck extensions plus neck rotation layed down on a bed or chair
For back : Pull ups, chin ups, rows, dumbell pull overs
Glutes and Hamstrings : Bulgarian deadlift and split squats

If you do this being a full body workout 3-4 times a week and eating 1.5 grams of animal protein per lb of bodyweight you will mog hard

Don't train your obliques.
training obliques can help filling the area between ribs and hips if youre a hipcel will make you look curvy, training the obliques can help make it look more straight

No, being a hipcel is aesthetic af, but you need also wide clavicles, being hipcel + short clavicles that is the real dead combo and its over pretty much (klinefelter type shit)

OBLIQUES ARE LAW IF YOU ARE A HIPCEL PERIOD, obliques looks godly on big hio individuals but for a narrow waisted guy it destroys the V taper, hipcel have to go for the X taper

Boyka ( Scott Adkins) has wide hips but looks beastly due to a large rib cage and scapula! You won’t get a v-taper as a hipcel so aim for this!
