It all depend on if you are willing to take the effort.

Cardio not only help with leanmaxxing, but also your skin is better, cardiovascular system is more healthy, it even helps you grow your hair out by intensifying the blood flow, lowers blood-cholesterol etc. Massive amount of benefits comes from daily low intenstity cardio.

Combined with training is a god tier combo my ideal is to get to 6 percent body fat it's the absolute ideal aesthetic wise

Depends on the speed.

In my case around 1000 calories (incl basic metabolic rate). If "walking only", then 500-600 calories.

But it also increases the BMR dramatically. So, after 2 weeks of this walking every day, your BMR will explode from 2400 -> 2800. In addition to those calories burnt during walking alone.

Cardio is an absolute meme. With lifting, you destroy yourself, but at least you gain muscle in return. With cardio, you destroy yourself for nothing (actually, you even lose muscle).

It destroys it by putting a needless strain on it. How fast an engine will break if you're always redlining?

if youre going to do cardio dont do high duration medium intensity

its much better to walk or to sprint than to jog for example

jogging/distance running is one of the worst most stressful, age-inducing, fucked up things that is commonly seen as healthy

If your diet is right you will be a healthy weight regardless of exercise

I did. I'm ripped to shreds and have the best abdomen on the site.

I actually love running, but I don't do it to burn calories and cut back during a cut.

It's way easier not to ingest calories that to have to burn them off after. But yes, apart from that, cardio is way better at burning cal than weightlifting, ideally you want to combine both.

I only do callisthenics bodyweight exercises destroy me after 1 hour
 
I dont need cardio. I just eat less than usual or skip dinner and lose weight within a few days.
 
Most of the weight will be muscles
i have high metabolism. i've seen 4 generations of men in my family and no one of them was fat even in their 50s+.

im doing tabata airbike 4mins only as a finisher after every push/pull session. It works perfectly.
