It just gets into the discourse of whether you’d find a Mestizo white or a Castizo white. Whatever pheno they take up would be what their desirability is to the average American.

Remove Windian + “Hispanic of European Ancestry” an Iberian is just white. This should bump everything else up one.

If a windian takes a brown pheno he’s at the bottom. Put him under Hapa
