Counting calories is great in all but it’s a pain in the ass working out your average tdee fucking around with your calories finding your maintenance so you actually know how much your supposed to be eating.

I never count my calories, I just make sure to eat good enough to get all of my micronutrients. I weigh myself maybe once a week and based off of that I can tell if I need to eat more or less depending on my goal at that point in time.

I would only care about exact calories if I'd be on cycle, and since I'm not then I don't really care that much.
Never had a bad relationship with food or eating disorder, so I tend to maintain my weight while hitting my macros and micros consistently without counting anything. Being naturally high test also helps here

this is very controversial but I think you can eat whatever you want as long as you hit your macros and your micronutrients are fine and eat the amount of cals you need to, but I personally prefer to eat clean as most clean most is less calorie dense then dirty food so I can eat more.

You dont have to count calories,but then youre just doing guessing work,I like to have 100% control of what I eat and how much I eat,and for anybody saying its too much work it litteraly takes additional 30 seconds to track what you put in your body,

and if you just eat steak,yes its hard to overeat on steak but its 0g of carbs and its not realistic and you will just crash out after 7 days

If your not a gymcel counting cal doesnt really matter tho. And gaining fat on the raw primal is very hard, im kinda retarded so I dont fully understand the mechanisms behind it but from my own experience only eating raw meat is extremely saturating so I find it hard to put weight on. Your right tho if your goal is to put on weight its somewhat necessary to count cal, I just thought that op was implying that he's goal is to not put on weight

Fair enough but yes it is easier to stay lean aswell as your diet is mostly protein which is more satiating then carbs and fats. But I think you should eat carbs aswell because your body prefers carbs over fats as a primary fuel source for quick energy, brain function, and development so I think you should be eating some carbs even if it’s simple carbs like fruits and vegetables still eat fats though as you need fats for your hormones.
