I can’t be fucked anymore tbh

I just eat like 70% of what I used to and then stop myself (Omad)

I can tell it works because I start getting hungry again a couple hours after eating, when I used to be full for hours

Not sure how big of a deficit that is but again can’t be fucked tbh

I’ve done it for a while just out of convenience

It’s only cope to people who still eat the same amount of food jfl, it’s actually good because I feel less hungry until I start eating

But like I said I just eat about 70% of what I normally would and then cut myself off

kinda cope to count calories unless your really over/under weight. if you care hop on the raw primal diet and its close to impossible to gain fat

No i'm not a fucking slave to what I eat. Don't over simplify this shit.

Eat healthy whole foods, no goyslop, no seed oils, eat healthy natural shit. Simple. You'll look better and feel better.

Don't over complicate things. Basics.

i tracked my calories when i was like 13-15 yo


im on reta for a few days now and i cant eat more than 1000kcal max
if you want to lose weight maybe think about hopping on too so you don't have to torture yourself with that omad shit

I try to eat mostly meat and dairy but I fall for goyslop every couple days

At least I try to compensate for it tho

Counting calories is great in all but it’s a pain in the ass working out your average tdee fucking around with your calories finding your maintenance so you actually know how much your supposed to be eating.

I never count my calories, I just make sure to eat good enough to get all of my micronutrients. I weigh myself maybe once a week and based off of that I can tell if I need to eat more or less depending on my goal at that point in time.

I would only care about exact calories if I'd be on cycle, and since I'm not then I don't really care that much.
Never had a bad relationship with food or eating disorder, so I tend to maintain my weight while hitting my macros and micros consistently without counting anything. Being naturally high test also helps here :Comfy:

this is very controversial but I think you can eat whatever you want as long as you hit your macros and your micronutrients are fine and eat the amount of cals you need to, but I personally prefer to eat clean as most clean most is less calorie dense then dirty food so I can eat more.

@haxy you don’t have to track calories but saying counting calories is cope is genuinely retarded. Your body doesn’t care about your steak it only cares about your calories, Marcos, and micros. If you overeat on steak you are going to get fat calories are calories. You are never going to get extremely shredded and be able to maintain it without tracking. How are you supposed to reverse diet out of a deep cut back to maintenance adding 100-200 cals back in a week or lean bulk without gaining much fat or even cut while trying to maintain as much muscle as possible when you don’t know how many cals your eating or know how many your adding or taking away.

You dont have to count calories,but then youre just doing guessing work,I like to have 100% control of what I eat and how much I eat,and for anybody saying its too much work it litteraly takes additional 30 seconds to track what you put in your body,

and if you just eat steak,yes its hard to overeat on steak but its 0g of carbs and its not realistic and you will just crash out after 7 days

Nutrition is 70% of results

No but only because I already know the calories of what I eat. So I do if it's something new.
