do you guys see an improvement in my body or am i just getting fat?

U need atleast 3 months progress to see gains and 1 month to see cutting progress
 
imo don’t fall into the trap of evaluating your physique during a bulk. You’re most likely going to look like shit and think you’re fat.

just stick to a 300 cal surplus and grind out your bulk until January or February then cut for June. If you’re getting stronger on your lifts you are making gains. You’ll look way better than all the guys who do mini cuts and bulks because they don’t want to lose their aesthetic physique
