1. i think your body shape improved. Well done. I assume natty?
2. And you increased the bf% somewhat. Which is imo normal to do/ahppen when trying to build muscle mass. It's giga hard to gain muscle mass, without doing a calorie surpluss. So bound to get a bit fatter.
But you can just lean down over a period of time again, and work out well, to maintain the gained muscle mass when leaning down again.

Do you wnna gain more muscle mass? or do you think current muscle mass is good enough for what you want?

I would say. Keep a calorie surpluss (aka getting abit fatter) and train well UNTILL, you reached the Muscle mass (+5%) you want.
And than lean down, by calorie minus. But working out well to keep muscle mass as much as possible.

Yes, bulk. I am also bulking. You can bulk with McDonald's aswell.
Many bodybuilders do. But "healthy" and clean bulking is sometimes preferred by people. I sometimes eat Pizza or McDonald's because all of those calories are just too much for me.

I can't suggest any good replacements for alcohol.
I did magic mushrooms, psylocybin basically, ones. It was really realy great, but made me passive as fuck. Can't imagine being able to be social when on that stuff, so not really good for the party scene I guess unless maybe giga low dose.
I dunno about these hyper drug things, never used.

ghb is , ghb is a really good replacement like an better alcohol but you need to know what you are doing instead of those retards you see in the docus , so only use it once every 2 weeks in the weekend and thats it still drinking alcohol but atleast reducing the amount of times
