Once you get a streak going, use not wanting to break the streak as motivation. In order to get a streak going, avoid situations where you'd normally fap, like laying in bed. Instead of getting in bed before you intend to go to sleep, read or something like that, and then immediately try going to sleep when you get in bed. Starting a counter on r/nofap or r/pornfree might help.
