Yes they did even then i tried to keep conversation short. But the good thing is now I developed some social skills and can have small conversations with my classmates but I'm still struggling to talk to new peoples

Well i was at your shoes last year . What i did was cut-off myself from every " friend " for few months then new school session started and i got myself in a new friend group and now i have pretty good freinds who understands me and even help me in social situations

Yes, the constant awareness and shame is extremely painful. I know it’s getting bad when people kind of laugh at me whenever I do something and give each other looks of disgust. A lot of times I don’t even realize what I’m doing wrong so at this point I think it’s just infected every part of who I am. Every single little behavior and micro mannerism must be wrong somehow. I am rotten and putrid to the core. I envy NDs who aren’t aware of it, it really fucks with your head. I just want to crawl under a rock and stay there for the rest of my life most of the time. This whole Looksmaxxing thing is really just a coping mechanism for me to feel even socially desirable by normies, instead of a joke or punching bag.
