I once mentioned I wanted surgery in the future and my mum got all upset.
Would you tell your parents before getting surgery, or just get it and tell them after?

I want surgery abroad next summer, but I'll probs be living with them and I would have to lie about just going on holiday, but then they'd start asking what I was doing etc and I don't wanna make up a whole lie about holiday plans

The problem is that it's not like me to go away on holiday, never done that alone, and they'd probs be excited for me thinking it was a holiday jfl, and unfortunately that makes me feel guilty

I've accepted that they'll find out, it's just I'd rather them not know beforehand so they don't worry or try and discourage me or make me feel bad

I had to, I can't just fly to europe and get a trimax then and there. I need to have extractions and braces for a year first, too. I have to count on my family's support for the next 2 years.

No need to if you're an adult. You can make your own decisions and if they dont support it then thats on them

Not so easy if u live with them

Gain weight and get a beard, basically change your appearence so after surgery they'll credit it to that.
Then lose weight when you are with them so they will think the ascension is due to weight loss, bc humans quickly forget the details of your old face and adapt to new ones

Also NEVER tell anyone about looksmaxxing, other than maybe close friends, but even then it's dumb

Yes, but ive had to convince them that my bimax wont be for the aesthethic reasons. Also when going especially to a forgein country u need someone to go with you.
