It isn't a morph. Just the angle and distortion. I have shorter midface thicker frame/neck irl this picture is distorted. It's taken by selfie camera. I am trying to looksmax i will get orbital implant and I will need a bit more chin and maxilla projection. I am also trying to lose bodyfat.

Lips is not a very dimorphic feature, the thickness of your lips has to be proportional with the rest of your face to not make you gay. To give you an exemple, a thick lower lip will make your chin seem shorter (and height of chin is very dimorphic). Also, lips that are too thick give the impression that your skull is smaller than it really is (again, skull is dimorphic) and that your nose is smaller than it really is (when the nose is too small compared to the rest of your face, it looks feminine). Believe me, it's all about the ratios. You can look very masculine with thick lips (if you have strong bones) because testosterone has no impact on lips thickness, it's not by itself a feminine feature. Thin lips really don't look sexy, believe me lol. Girls like kissable lips.
If full lips make you look feminine, full lips is not your problem: Short chin/shit bones is.
