I go to gym today and i do legs and i want go with lifts do you think is bad?

unironically it probably helps as it can serve as a support for the legs , haven't tried it though , be careful not to break your ankle

If it is a small lift it is actually encouraged many of those lifter shoes like Adidas powelift actually have a small heel at the back it. It makes your feet more stable, compensating for ankle mobility to squat and deadlift more weight

It is safer for the Ankle. Many weightlifting shoes have a heel but the heel is hard and doesnt squish unlike lifts so it is uncomfortable

Depends, you want shoes that helps with balance, with a flat sole and not your typical running shoes. But you can just do them without shoes, its probably the best approach for most
