Doctor challenged me to lose weight

She said my 20 lb, 7 month weight loss from Aug 24 to May 25 is unhealthy for a teen. That’s barely over 2 pounds lost per month.

If she wants to challenge me like that so be it. She wants to meet up next month to make sure I’m not losing more weight. But I’m planning to lose over 10 pounds by next check-up.
