Does a palate expander also give you forward growth at 15 y/o

My chin is recessed ash and I need to fix it. I might be able to get a a palate expander because I can't breath good and i want to know if it also effects your forward groth, because Ive seen a lot people saying that.

Just think for a momento bhai
If the palate expander, expands your palate from both sides
It makes more room for your bones, for the periostic expansion, but for forward growth you are gonna need a CCV rotation and the palate expander doesn't do much about that

No only facial width. If you're recessed to the point where you have noticeable breathing difficulties look into bimax lwk
