Do you mean "orange-peel" skin OP? I need to get rid of mine on forehead/nose/under eye area but not sure how. Maybe they're sebaceous filaments or something. I think it's from sun damage a long time ago.
Mine look a bit like this
On my nose they look like black heads but you can't extract them JFL

no it dosent close pores but it will make them smaller
